I have worked at Strata since 2002, became a shareholder in the business in 2006 and have helped grow Strata to be one of the largest Body Corporate Management companies in New Zealand. I am passionate about the management of bodies corporate, the law which underpins how bodies corporate are managed and the interaction of the communities within our client bodies corporate. My role within the business is to grow our client base by:- working with property developers to set up all facets of the administration of their developments and to help them to seamlessly align their developments with the requirements of the legislation which governs the administration of bodies corporate; and - working with owners in bodies corporate which are managed by our competitors who are not satisfied with the performance of the current body corporate manager; and- working with our staff and our existing client base to ensure that the owners in our client bodies corporate know everything that the need to know and trust us to know the rest so that they can have quiet enjoyment of their property.
