I was an intern for the tech department for the school I would go over it the building after school twice a week to help manage iPads chromebooks and imacs I would help put them on the school system and made sure the proper apps were installed for the grade level that was needed during school I was in our tech desk for 3 to 4 classes a day down there helping connect device to wifi helped diagnosis software issues on iPad and chrome books, I would also be asked to go to teachers classrooms and help fix the issues they were having which were anything from minor issues such as a website being blocked to major issues in which I would right a work order for them and then keep in contact thru the work order or email with professional response
