I am an ex Senior Non commissioned officer In the British Army who served 23 years. Within my time in the army I was a instructor on multiple vehicles both wheeled and tracked. I delivered training to over 500+ people a year with a extremely high pass rate. I was employed as a fleet manager managing a fleet of vehicle worth millions pounds, this included planning serving, inspections, and crews. in this role I have completed full management courses and multiple course to show my experience. this allowed me to deliver a service and support to a unit and wider field army.I am currently employed with the DVSA carrying out cat B testing. so I need to show great interpersonal skills, reliability,trustworthy and above all follow all the rules to complete a safe and correct test. this ensures the candidates and my own safty.out side of work I am a football coach and qualified level 1 coach. I am now also supporting a local scout group where I plan and run events.
