Hi I'm Phillip, I'm have had a 16 years in and around the customer service and technical support world. I am a recent graduate of Kable Academy with a certification in IT Support. I am looking for a position in an entry level to intermediate support role. I have been involved with PC's practically my entire and use my skills often through out various places of employment. I'm am ready for a role the IT field. I would be happy and willing to learn more if required of me but am open to a new challenge if the opportunity is presented to me.
