Phillip is considered to be an expert in the HV & LV electrical power fields of substation/switchyard design, earthing system design and testing, earthing & bonding, system safety, lightning protection, inductive, capacitive and conductive hazard assessments, system protection, load flows, power systems engineering, compliance audits, reliability engineering, maintenance plan audits and preparation.
