• Acts as a dedicated data and analytics partner to assigned Senior or Group Vice President(s) (SVP/GVP)• Ability to read and analyze Key Performance Reporting and identify areas of opportunity within region• Develop store composites that drive a high-performance culture by comparing to our best dealerships• Supply information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations• Be a subject matter expert in all Key Performance (KP) Reporting and act as Business Partner to assigned GVP• Attend Store Reviews and assist with the documentation and tracking of action plan items discussed in meeting• Ensure all reporting and/or analysis is aligned with current key metrics, is delivered accurately/timely, and is focused on “Actionable” information• Assist in the establishment of “Focus Stores” and provide reporting to adequately track performance and highlight areas of opportunity• Conduct monthly Quality and Assurance audits of your regions’ key reporting and address issues prior to being released• Provide onsite or virtual training of the Performance Dashboard and Key Performance Reporting for new managers• Facilitate all requests for Ad-Hoc reporting from General Managers, Regional Controllers and Senior or Group Vice Presidents• Assist in the development and enhancement of the Performance Dashboards as needed
