• 3rd Line infrastructure support in an environment of over 500 servers, hosted on a number of platforms including physical, virtual, and bladecenter, across 10 sites, and 3 data centres with centralised storage hosted in 3 data centres. • Global 3rd Line infrastructure support in an enviroment of over 100 servers across 30 international sites with a mixture of both centralised (data center hosted in riverbed wan optimised environment) and decentralized (locally hosted) storage.• 3rd Line Windows\Active Directory (2008 R2, 2012)\Exchange 2010, Administrator Support• Citrix support across multiple farms delivering a mixture of Presentation server 4.5 and Xenapp 6.5 published, and Microsoft App-v 5 streamed applications to XenApp 6.5 Shared Desktops, and XenDesktop 5.6 VDI’s. • Application publication for PS 4 and XenApp 6.5 and application sequencing utilizing Microsoft App-v 5• NetApp support for 12 appliances configured with DATAOntap 8x, including daily maintenance tasks, configuring ossv snapvaults etc.• Vmware VSphere 5.1 support and troubleshooting in a virtualized environment consisting of three VCenter servers, 60 esxi Hosts, 8 HA Clusters, and over 300 Virtual Machines.• Cisco Unified Communication Manager 9x support• Hardware fault diagnosis using HP Systems Insight Manager• Support and troubleshooting for Cisco Blade Centers, utilizing Cisco Unified Control Manager• Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 R2 Clustering support and troubleshooting• Infrastructure Monitoring using System Center - Operations Manager• Powershell Scripting for Windows, VMware, Citrix, NetApp and UCS, e.g. NetApp Aggregate, Volume and Qtree Quota daily space utilization reporting.• 3rd Line troubleshooting, support of the Backup Infrastructure including NetBackup 7.6 (backing up to disk) and NetApp SMVI backup environments, and additionally report management for both environments
