    As the Operations Manager I was the leader of a behaviorally based safety program with zero OSHA recordables for 2 years. I was responsible for training, managing employee development for 15 full time employees and 5 temporary employees in two separate locations. Sales responsibilities: I was a key player on a team that grew our business from a 4 million dollar operation to a 7 million dollar operation while maintaining the same staff levels. I maintained profitability through increases in efficiencies, diversification in training, a keen eye for detail, a strict focus on safety and a structured communication program. Quoting and calling on customers, attending prebid meetings, generating leads, prospecting, qualifying and marketing.
