Current annual enrollment exceeding 120 Boston Public School students.- Established new professional development programs designed to address teacher shortages in area school districts and executed contracts with three major school districts to deliver customized services.- Led the development of new cyber security academic program and the creation of an associated program for high school students, called the Emerging Tech Academy. Co-authored several grant proposals for the Academy that ultimately achieved successful funding totaling over $300,000.- Responsible for the launch and oversight of the College’s first accredited, EMT Basic certificate program, including strategic partnerships with leading health-care and emergency medical service providers.- Collaborated on the design and launch of the College’s Greater Boston Gaming Career Institute, a direct workforce provider for the Encore Boston Harbor Resort and Casino. Program successfully delivered over 1000 program graduates for the staffing needs of the Casino.

Senior Assistant Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs - Primary leadership responsibilities evolved to focus on the following: - Management and oversight of three, multi-year workforce development grant programs [ranging from$500,000 to over $1 million] including responsibility for leading the designated team, coordinating revisions to budget and program expectations, managing the partnership interface, and ensuring compliance with the agencies providing the grants.- Oversight for the Academic Partnership unit responsible for developing new external relationships with area and national community colleges, non-profit organizations and select industry partners that would link to and benefit from the undergraduate offerings of the College. Successfully designed and launched an engagement strategy to partner with Major League Baseball and the National Basketball Association.
