Assist sales managers in sales process by effectively communicating and anticipating managers’ and clients’ needs. Grew wedding and social block market by reaching out to other wedding and event venues in our area to promote our hotel, follow up on leads, give site tours, close business, monitor pick up and communicates the group’s needs to other departments via group resume, and follow up to confirm group’s satisfaction. Create contracts, proposals, BEOs and marketing material. Coordinate lead assignments from various sources.
