Led the corporate accounting, technical accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting functions for Surgical Care Affiliates (then a NASDAQ listed, public company), a $3 billion provider of outpatient surgical solutions. I managed a staff of 30+ professionals as well as the external audit relationship. I directed a team that reduced financial close cycle time by 25% and achieved clean ICFR opinions in the first two required years post-IPO.
