This is a MDM and Master Data Cleansing project on the SAP system.My responsibility is to monitoring all work and facility sessions with the users. With JAD sessions with the users we identified Master Data Fields and create Rules documents that is used to identify the fields that needs to be cleansed and reported on. The team consists of 2 programmers and a BA/team leader. Create a Technical design documents for all the tables.Create a Technical process flow document for client to run jobs after contract end.Doing SQL Coding and Quality assurance on all reports to the users and make sure that the rules are applied correct to the data. Part of the team preparing the final presentation of the data to the users. Monitor the progress of the project and reporting on this to all relevant parties. MS Project is used as a tool for the project. We use Pentaho to extract data from SAP to an SQL server where we use MS SQL Server Management Studio to code and produce the exception reports in Excel. We have done Customers, Vendors, Equipment and Assets.

I am responsible to keep the team busy by scheduling the requests from the users. The team consists of 7 programmers. I am doing Quality assurance on the programs to make sure that the standards for changing programs are adhere to, that all documentation is done and are correct. I am setting up work plans and projects for large changes to the system and adhere to the timelines of these projects. Reporting progress on all project related work to the relevant parties. Keeping track of projects with MS Project as a tool.

The team consists of 2 programmers and 2 senior programmers.Roll 2:Innovation team.I was the technical specialist for this team. All Impact Annalists must be approved by me before it is going to the users for approval. I was responsible to answer questions that the users have about the work that needs to be done.
