I have been working with Rubber and Gasket, Hose, Fittings and most importantly my CNC Water Jet machine since my hire in 2005 at Belt Power. I am a very motivated and detail oriented individual who is always looking for a new challenge and something new to learn that will help differentiate myself as well as our business from everyone else. CAD/CAM and Solid Modeling are a passion that I have that is both challenging as well as rewarding. Seeing something that I have designed on paper and the computer come to life as a finished part is the best part of what I do.I enjoy working in a fast paced environment and typically perform at my utmost best under stress and short deadlines. I'm always willing to do what is needed to get the job done and failure is not a part of my work ethic. I'm always looking for the most innovative and cost/time effective way to perform any and all manufacturing operations. Just in time manufacturing has become a standard operating procedure for me and I am always working to speed up the process. My number one focus is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without a doubt, the customer is always right and whatever they require is what I will deliver.
