Phillip resolves and provides guidance to analyst for escalated technical issues. He participates in stake holder and customer meetings for escalated issues to provide resolution. Phillip handles escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills and communication skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. Phillip was the Lead for Cherry Creek School District 1:1 Student Device Initiative and 2021-2022 Microsoft Surface Staff Refresh Project. Phillip is responsible for the day-to-day district-wide operational functions of the Field Support Team.
