General manager for the new flatbed delivery concept for the Mid-Atlantic region. 2nd building of it's type in the country. 800,000 sq ft distribution center with multiple shift operations supporting stores and customers throughout MD, VA, DE, WV, and PA. Responsible for ensuring site construction met company deadlines. Start-up facility which required hiring, training, and staffing the building with the capability to support store replenishment and direct fulfillment capabilities for Pros and customer delivery. Additional responsibilities and oversight include managing the building's P&L, transportation, maintenance, store relationships, inventory control, safety, asset protection, process improvement, engineering, development, and company recognition programs.

Director with responsibility for overseeing 4 Crown Bolt distribution centers located in CA, TN, GA, and PA servicing all Home Depot stores though out the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico with annual sales grossing $400 million. Duties and responsibilities included implementing and or steering policy, procedure and operational objectives for all Crown Bolt distribution centers. Ensured timely and cost efficient delivery of inventory and finished goods to all Home Depot retail Stores. Oversaw all inventory control, shipping, receiving, break pack, warehouse operations and maintenance of both fleet equipment and 4 wall operations. Worked closely with merchants, finance, IPR, and product development over strategy and operational execution.

Duties, responsibilities, and oversight include P&L management, development, store/merchandiser collaboration, maintenance, inventory control, safety, asset protection, process improvement, hiring, retention, transportation, communication, vendor management, and company recognition programs.

Rapid Deployment Center Assistant general manager for 350 hourly associates and 40 salaried leaders. Distribution center services 124 stores throughout 6 states in the Southeast. Responsibilities include running any and all operational shifts as well as overseeing the building’s maintenance, transportation, and ICQA departments. Duties include leadership development, performance management, process improvement and sustainment, waste reduction, recruiting, hiring, training, recognition, P&L management, and maintaining store relationships.

Department manager for 8 executives and 170 hourly team members. Responsible for establishing sustaining and continuous performance plans, monitoring the department’s budget, and ensuring level of service requirements are met for both internal and external partners. Led both the building's communication and quality efforts for 550 team members. Worked effectively with the buildings leadership team in order to optimally service 72 stores throughout the Northeast.

Responsible for 40 hourly team members. Serviced 49 stores throughout the North East. Improved production systems, forged relationships with the stores and internal clients, and partnered with various departments to remove any potential hazards for the facilities success.

Led 40-60 union employees responsible for receiving over 40-80 flights a day. Assigned and directed manpower as needed during daily operations ensuring coverage of arriving and departing aircraft. Managed deicing, cargo, refueling, on time performance, and safety protocol. Coordinated business objectives with pilots, customer service, and third party vendors.
