As a Software Engineering student at Victoria University of Wellington, I am passionate about finding ways to leverage technology to solve real-world problems. During my internship with the New Zealand Defence Force, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in developing and managing cloud-based systems. My technical skills includes Java, Python, Azure cloud services, and microcontroller programming, among other languages and tools.In addition to my technical skills, I have honed my teamwork and communication abilities through past roles at Kmart and service industry, I interacted directly with customers and collaborated with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently. Leadership and collaboration are integral to my approach, demonstrated by my experience as a high school volleyball captain, where I led my team to national success.I have a deep interest in cloud and backend development, and I am constantly exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance my knowledge and skills. Some of my recent projects include automating home tasks with a Raspberry Pi, developing my own trading bot, and experimenting with AWS infrastructure.I am eager to continue learning and growing in the fields of cloud computing and software development, and I look forward to opportunities where I can contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with like-minded professionals.
