Responsible for the data management, data visualization, reporting, and analytics of parcel, on-demand and in-home transportation delivery programs with a focus on Michaels eCommerce. While working as a Network Operations Specialist, I redesign network processes for narrow format, signs & graphics, and EFI PACE 2.0 while assessing production center capabilities. Here, I identify areas of improvements in the network operations team while examining changes to NFC operations and software. I reorganize problem identification and correction processes in the FXO ERP software while overseeing manufacturing network and field operatives. I develop training/resource guide and NFC standardized processes of NFC software. Also, I liaise with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to redesign FXO network operations processes for operational improvement.
