I became a certified SolidWorks Associate in May 2013—past skills include ASME code welder and mechanic in the oil and gas industry.I review and inspect non-conforming products reporting of all types, from large fabricated structural steel frames, finish machined components, motors, pumps, castings, paint, coatings, hoses, hardware, rubber products, and many components used in the pump assembly shop. I review and disposition first articles and waiver requests from vendors. I supply redline prints for review and updating of engineering prints to the engineering team for further evaluation and completion. I retrieve and work primarily from SAP and engineering controls to obtain images to review purchases and components received for assembly.
