Inspected and maintained breath alcohol testing instruments throughout the state of Florida. Provided expert testimony in court proceedings in regard to breath alcohol testing and instrumentation. Frequently consulted with attorneys on these topics. Taught breath test operator, agency inspector and breath test instructor courses around the state. Worked with local law enforcement officers regarding their local breath test programs to ensure success.

Provided subject matter expertise in the Florida Sexual Offender Registry to IT staff to complete a rewrite of the data maintenance application. Utilized mapping software to ensure accuracy of offender address data. Conducted quality assurance reviews of offender data.
