Purchase from foreign suppliers and maintain appropriate stock levels for over 4000 product lines at four distribution centres. These DCs provide product for over 250 branches.Manage timing of imports (LCLs and FCLs) to four distribution centres.In conjunction with our freight forwarders maximise container turn around times.In conjunction with Category Managers and sales team ensure the range supports our customer requirements and supplier strategy.Work with DC Managers to ensure budget stock turns are achieved.Ensure appropriate service levels are achieved for day to demand.Work with projects team to ensure future projects demand is managed.
