The Rise is an audio-based news and networking platform for micro-communities, providing opportunities for individuals to come together and discuss pressing matters within their communities. As a Lead Ambassador I coordinate with a team of peers in raising awareness, testing the site, and adding initial meaningful content.

As part of the CRM team I am involved with completing client specific requests in regards to report creation from back to front end. The process included creating VB projects from scratch in order best access and filter necessary data from test databases, to creating XML files, and final design and layout of downloadable formats through Crystal Reports.

Managed the development of a 3D, virtual simulation of Hurricane Sandy using Unity, working extensively in its environment workspace and C#. Over the course of the summer our team created and distributed tasks pertaining to the project’s development, concluding with an end of year presentation panel of the virtual simulation to an audience of professors.
