Combined sales volume of 235 million.• Supervise 9 indirect reports (2 RLPMs, 7 Field Auditors) – encompassing management of cases, case reporting, training, inventories, compliance audits and resolution of issues. Assist in hiring, recruiting and training for all new RLPM’s.• Manage the Loss Prevention Intensive Care program within assigned area to train and educate managers on shrink reduction. Conduct general loss interviews and market reviews to establish shrink trend and issues.• Manage Risk Insurance Investigations for worker compensation claims and general liability claims.• Chair the Loss Prevention Newsletter, Training and Action committees to educate field and store associates on shrink control, cash management and risk management for CBI field associates.• Act as a liaison with local law enforcement and court systems to effectively investigate and prosecute all criminal acts against the company.
