Restart Micro-Enterprise Inc. (RestartME) is a wholesale micro-finance NGO that enables micro-entrepreneurs to bounce back after natural and man-made disasters in the form of financing and business development grants through its member micro-finance institutions.As a research analyst, I am facilitating research and review of related literature on the impact of COVID-19 on microfinance institutions and MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). As part of the project team and with my past experience in research, I am also helping in developing research guides and data capture on relevant stakeholders from the communities, government units and non-government organizations, collaborative agencies, and financial institutions. I am also doing qualitative and quantitative data analysis on fiscal policies, financial institutions, and communities to help in providing our stakeholders to have a more streamlined view of the current situation.

The Council of Organizations of the Ateneo - Manila is the is the sole, autonomous, confederation of all fifty-six (56) duly-accredited student organizations in the Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools. We are passionate about excellence, community, and nation-building through our service of the organization community.As the President, I facilitated and advanced for the welfare of all 56 accredited student organizations in Ateneo de Manila University; empowering all student leaders towards excellence and nation-building by responding to the challenges of the society. As a representative of the organization community to the university administration, I also ensured that student leaders received the necessary support, guidance, and recognition that they deserve. I also advocated for collaboration among the organizations within the university and organization councils nationwide through external network, including the foundation of the inter-university core group. Ultimately, I advocated for member engagement, student participation. leadership formation, and youth empowerment to further social awareness and create sustainable impact within and beyond the university.

The Ateneo Student Leaders Assembly (ASLA) is committed to creating ripples of change through building a community of Student Leaders from the five (5) Ateneo universities. Through our annual leadership congress, we aim to equip delegates with the skills and attitudes to be great leaders, and inspire them to live and lead for the greater purpose of being in service to the nation.As one of the Facilitation Leads, I facilitated the training of the program facilitators to help them in group management, instruction giving, and member formation. Being a part of the decision-making body of the program, I also advanced collaboration and ideation among stakeholders in crafting the program design and direct the congress towards its core mission. As a leadership congress, I also ensured that the flow and activities of the program are tailored to the needs of the delegates and will help them towards their journey of self-discovery, social awareness, and collaborative action.

Camp InSciTE is an initiative of the School of Science and Engineering to promote awareness, appreciation, and social application of science, technology, and engineering to various science high school students nationwide. It provides an exposure to the youth on how natural and applied sciences are vital in responding to the needs of our society. My experience in the field of science and engineering allowed me to collaborate with other disciplines in crafting an interdisciplinary and holistic experience for high school students. I also ensured that the students get to experience the excellent kind of education in the School of Science and Engineering and how we apply our knowledge in responding to the greater challenges of the society. Since it is a relatively new program, I advanced various structures and established adaptive procedures to guide the future project teams towards effective and sustainable execution of the camp.

The Ateneo Chemistry Society (ACheS) is the premier home organization of chemistry majors but is also open to any student passionate about science - especially the central one, Chemistry. As a project-based organization, ACheS is able to transform the normally challenging world of Chemistry into a whole new dimension geared towards social change. It advocates for social application and awareness & appreciation of Chemistry. As the President, I facilitated all the nine (9) departments and advanced 42 projects and efforts of the organizations towards achieving our core competencies and helping our constituents. I was also able to effectively increase the performance and impact of the organization to further leadership formation and community involvement through innovative and sustainable initiatives. My rich experience in the organization allowed me to promote collaboration and cooperation in re-structuring its administrative codes and procedures. I also advanced to institutionalize a three-phased leadership formation program for the members and pioneered a three-year livelihood plan for our partner community.

As the VP for Internal Special Projects, I directed the holistic formation and development of our members through recreational activities and avenues for improved personal relations between each other. I also spearheaded community formation among our members and engaged in efforts to ensure their welfare in the organization. I was also able to advanced leadership formation through mentorships and guided approach on project management.

I also directed the organization’s recruitment and membership orientation programs to be more efficient, sustainable, and effective, resulting in an increased recruitment rate throughout the year. I also advanced the need for evaluation and notification of member status in the organization.

As the AVP for Internal Relations, I managed the organization’s partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, offices, and enterprises within the university. Being part of a marketing team, I also advanced in a more inclusive and responsible approach when it comes to negotiating and partnering with various stakeholders. I was also able to promote collaboration and interdisciplinarity by ensuring a wider network of connections to work with our projects and initiatives.

The Ateneo Chemistry Olympiad is an inter-high school competition which serves as an avenue for students with exemplary knowledge and skills in Chemistry to come together in the spirit of friendly competition and sportsmanship. Moreover, it aims to promote camaraderie and inter-school relationships among the participants.As the Officer-in-charge, I ensured that the project heads and their core team are fully guided and supported through consistent consultations and efficient communication channels. As the official liaison between the project team and the executive board of the organization, I facilitated inclusive and effective communication between both parties.

DELTA 2018 is a two-week celebration of Chemistry which aims to showcase its applications with various fields and disciplines such as business, health, environment rehabilitation, and social awareness.As Project Director, I steered the project towards fulfilling its goals towards awareness, appreciation, and social application of Chemistry while fostering collaboration between this science with other fields and disciplines. I also advanced the importance of science communication through informative talks and infographics in order to effectively reach our communities.

SOSE Camp is the welcoming event of the School of Science and Engineering to their freshmen which aims to establish a conducive environment for the students to form camaraderie and expose them with the endless possibilities in science and engineering. As Project Head, I ensured that the program will create an inclusive and healthy community for the incoming freshmen who are proactive to learn and apply their knowledge to help the greater society. I also facilitated the collaboration of all the departments within the school to work together in providing the best welcoming experience for the students.

The Projector is the official newsletter of the Ernesto Rondon High School. As the Editor-in-chief, I facilitated in the production, layout, and content of the newspaper for the whole year. I also advanced for fair and wide coverage of issues and topics to be showcased in the newsletter.
