Procurement Specialist
Current- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares contract documents and bidders list, including issuing and managing the bidding process for both proposals and projects. Ability to review project drawings to provide basic technical data for bidders.
- Create packages for assigned procurements that include all the necessary commercial and technical requirements,
- Leads and manages the bid evaluation process through the preparation of comparing bids, collaboration with internal teams regarding technical evaluations including making recommendations for award and presenting to.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier pricing, capability, quality, performance, and delivery to meet project requirements. Look for opportunities to better leverage purchasing power.
- Implement and maintain procurement procedures on the corporate ERP system.
