We contract to various clients, visiting their site and conducting vibration surveys on industrial and mining equipment. The data is then analysed and a report is then sent to the client. The client will then initiate a maintenance job if a piece of equipment is found to be defective.

Cat 2 Vibration analyst. Working in a Condition Monitoring team. Collecting and analysing plant wide vibration data. Laser alignment and dynamic balancing were also part of the work requirements.Construction of accelerometer switch boxes and installing fixed acceleromenters in hostile areas. Repair of accelerometer cabling and fittings. Experience with CSI 2120 analyser. Flir Thermography camera experience on switchgear and mechanical epuipment including preparation of reports. Ultrasonic fault detection. Thickness and mag particle experience.

Industrial Instrument Mechanic. Involved with all aspects of Paper making measurement and control.Extensive experience with paper quality scanners Valmet and Metso. Hole detectors, consistency measuremnt and control. Boiler operation and control. Soda recovery Instrumentation.

Paper making instumentation involving pnematic and electronic control equipment.

Instrumentation Tradesman. Worked with Honeywell Process instrumentation in a Nickel Refinery.

Installation, maintenance and repair of pnematic and electronic control instrumentation.
