Led a team of 4 analysts, managing a turnover of USD $15 million and achieving annual growth over 15% throughout 3 consecutive years. My role involved analysing trends, budgeting and purchasing USD $9 million worth of merchandise and managing the value chain and sales performance across 32 stores in the Chilean territory. During this period I launched two new businesses for the company, an exclusive Christian Dior license and a re-launch of a local brand which was dominant in the eighties. Both projects increased the Men’s Clothing department profit and turnover significantly.
