Maintains kitchen licensing and staff certification to comply with Allegan County Health Department regulations. Meets with church staff for budgeting, event planning, and scheduling.Directs a team of volunteers in food preparation and safety.Encourages staff to form connections with the patrons of the weekly community meal.
