Having worked in the property industry for 40 years, I still enjoy it as much as I did as an office junior all those years ago. I have worked for corporate enterprises and have also owned my own businesses. The world of property auctions is a fantastic industry to be in, full of excitement and intrigue. My current business venture, being Phillip Arnold Auctions is rapidly growing and I aim to take this business forward to new dimensions.Phiilip Arnold Auctions deal with all residential & commercial disposals, acquisitions & sales, valuations and property auction opportunities. I am a RICS registered Valuer and carry out a great deal of valuation work for probate, court of protection, insolvency and asset management purposes. I also carry out Expert Witness Work and am a member of The Expert Witness Institute. I also serve on the NAVA committee and am a Past President of the organisation. Other organisations I am a member of include COPPA and POCLA. I have a Level 3 NVQ in Real Estate Auctioneering aswell as a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency. With ROPA on its way, I'm currently studying my Level 4 that will be a requirement for business owners when regulation comes in. I also have made numerous TV appearances on BBC's Homes Under The Hammer. I have also appeared on Buy It sell It Bank It, Bloomberg News and even appeared as a contestant on Tipping point.Whether acting for a housing association, local authority, receiver, probate solicitor, court of protection deputy or "Joe Public", I value every client and will always offer the best service I can with the aim of achieving the best result on their behalf.Specialities: Delivering quality customer service and achieving/exceeding results and targets.
