Having worked in the property industry for 40 years, I still enjoy it as much as I did as an office junior all those years ago. I am a RICS registered Valuer and carry out a great deal of valuation work for probate, court of protection, insolvency and asset management purposes. I also carry out Expert Witness Work and am a member of The Expert Witness Institute. I also serve on the NAVA committee and am a Past President of the organisation. Other organisations I am a member of include COPPA and POCLA. I have a Level 3 NVQ in Real Estate Auctioneering aswell as a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency. With ROPA on its way, I'm currently studying my Level 4 that will be a requirement for business owners when regulation comes in. I also have made numerous TV appearances on BBC's Homes Under The Hammer.
