Acting on behalf of one of the UK's leading energy consultancies "The Energy Check" as an energy manager supporting manufacturing businesses in reducing their energy costs, consumption and carbon emissions.Establishing Energy Procurement Strategies and then working with the customer across the contract period to deliver an energy improvement programme – reducing their energy consumption and aiming to save a minimum of 10% across their portfolio. I act as a project manager for the delivery of the energy improvement programme and provide key account management services for my customers removing one of the time consuming and painful parts of my customers operations – energy management. I also support my clients in achieving ISO 50001 which is an international energy management systems accreditation

Developed a comprehensive energy management program for one of the largest poultry conglomerates in the Caribbean .. The Jamaica Broilers Group of Companies. This project entailed the use of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and energy management (ISO 50001). It resulted in significant savings to the enterprises and radical shifts in the way energy was monitored in all the plants (The Hatchery, The Feed Mill and the Chicken Processing Plant).A customized energy monitoring program was implemented including customized DASHBOARDS with associated logs.FPI's (Facility Performance Indices) were developed giving near real time performance metrics of the plants productivity which in turn spawned several energy saving and productivity drives across the company's divisions.
