Currently responsible for all IT Management as well as the corporate ERP System within the organization. Also responsible for annual IT and project budgetary development and review.Successfully managed and completed Drilltec's project to replace the old ERP solution Syspro to Syteline ERP. Thus helping to streamline corporate and management ad hoc reporting solutions.Directly responsible for $250k + cost savings to the company over the past 5 years.Accomplishments include planning and designing and replacing old network backbone for entire facility. Other accomplishments include designing and implementing a new VOIP telephone system with PRI to reduce costs within the organization.

Accomplishments in my short time include managing the migration of all systems from the Azura facility to the T3 facility to include the Azura Syteline ERP system in which T3 is preparing to convert and integrate to, from their current Visual ERP system. Building out and loading the new Syteline 8 system for rollout including overseeing and managing 3rd party consultants used for major system modifications. Design and write custom forms and reports in both SQL Reporting Services and in Crystal for current Syteline 7 system as well as the new Syteline 8 system. Worked closely with the Divisional comptrollers to insure the imports for P&L from their previous systems tied and match with the entries I made into the new Syteline system.

Acquired by T3 Energy Services March of 2009 In June of 2008 I was hired as the MIS Manager for Azura Energy Systems Inc reporting directly to the CFO of the company.Azura Energy is a wellhead, service and subsea tree Manufacturing Company owned by Galathea Group which is an Intervale Capital holding company with 10 offices in the United States and 1 in Aberdeen Scotland with around 500 employees and annual sales of US $60 Million. As MIS Manager I am directly responsible for all IT duties across 3 divisions and 10 different offices in the United States. I am also directly responsible for the main ERP system and all consultancies for said system. As MIS Manager I was also project manager for the IT side of the recent facility move. My responsibilities also include IT planning; annual and project budgetary development and review; management performance reports; and most recently overseeing the selection on new ERP system for 3 division under Galathea.Accomplishments include planning and designing a new network backbone for a new facility custom built for our operation. Planned and moved all critical business systems and had company back up for business with in 6 hours of move.Other accomplishments include designing and implementing a new VOIP telephone system to start cutting costs across all divisions.As MIS manager I am directly responsible for the helpdesk support for 150 users at 10 different locations.

IT planning; annual and project budgetary development and review; management performance reports; and most recently overseeing the implementation of ERP systems as Project Manager at each location with a project value of US$650k. This project was completed on time and within the approved budget. During above mentioned project I concurrently headed a project to replace the company’s phone system to include Digital PRI, VOIP, and integrated voice mail with email.Other accomplishments include being the first IT Mgr. to successfully implement VOIP technology within the Filtrona organization. Directly responsible for $50k cost savings to the company in the first 14 months as IT Mgr... As IT Manager I have also continued to serve as Network Administrator for MSI’s Houston, Texas facility.
