• Liaison for communication between Maxi-Seal Engineering and Sales.

• Participated in the new development of the patented Genesis ISBM Hot Runner System as the Sole designer of all ISBM Genesis systems
• Oversee production to maintain deadlines
• Maintain customer relations with new and existing clients through travel to customer facilities as a company representative
• Assist with machine measurements and new tool development
• Communicate with R&D United Kingdom Branch through email, conference calling and video conferencing
• Lead meetings and discussions regarding new tool designs
