I am also an Adult Continuing Development Instructor at Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK teaching night classes for adults in Beginning Windows 10 and Beginning Excel.In my 20+ years as a Computer Systems Technician and an Electronic Technician, I have learned things that make me an exceptionally well-qualified senior IT professional with multiple technical skills. I am extremely good at listening to people's technical problems with a passion for resolving problems or business challenges through innovative ideas. I am then able to explain and teach the resolution in a way that the people can understand so that the problem does not come back again. I have managed projects that have reduced business expenses and provided standards in the build out of retail stores and business offices while making sure that the company is in compliance with regulations. I have documented processes and technical manuals to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our build outs.I supervised 9 technicians covering 8 states and helped develop and promote the technicians through regular one-on-one meetings, reviews, weekly conversations, and group conference calls. I was responsible for the IT portion of the Oklahoma City, OK market launch in 2004 for US Cellular.All of these positions have made me into a valuable resource for a company needing a technical and innovative leader.
