For almost 30 years, I have been a labor and employment lawyer for businesses. I have litigated and tried employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. I have handled high-stakes non-compete, restrictive covenant, and trade secrets cases. I have also advised and counseled clients’ in-house counsel, Human Resources, and executive leaders in handling difficult employment situations, such as hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, leave, and pay issues.
