A social health club to improve your *relational fitness* — your ability to create meaningful relationships. So many of us prioritize our physical and mental health, but less so our social health. However, the science is clear —the impact of good social connection with colleagues, friends, family, romantic partners and community is more important than pretty much anything else we can pay attention to.We provide training and coaching to help people strengthen their relational fitness by learning the science of human connection, mastering key interpersonal skills, and developing personalized strategies that optimize benefits of connection for career, longevity and overall well-being.

Lead strategic projects in service of student and business outcomes, including:- development of our first b2b training products and first customers- retrain and lead teams to move from reactive student support to proactive customer success, goaled on student completion- created early indicator predictive metrics for customer success (e.g. activation, retention, completion and job placement) to forecast goals and set targets for ICs- built automated interventions (e.g. emails triggered by student behavior) to retain at-risk students- built and scaled zero-cost, community-based mentoring program that leverages alumni for student support- design and define employee roles, competency hierarchies, and training to align biz/student outcomes with performance expectations and growth paths

As the first employee hired to own the mentor experience from zero to 1, I scaled our mentor network from 70 to 300, grew NPS from 24 to 73, built out mentor recruiting, retention and product strategies, and scaled the team to 3 FT employees before reaching a stable operating model, handing over the team to a new lead, and shifting to focus on new strategic initiatives for the company. Springboard is an online school for new economy skills like data science and UX design that matches students 1:1 with an expert industry mentor for guidance, support and real-world advice throughout the program. Our mentor network includes professionals at top companies like McKinsey, Amazon, and Disney.

Founded a first-of-its-kind student-funded startup accelerator for undergraduate entrepreneurs.
