There, Phil built out Auto Teams which responded to the individual marketing needs of each dealer building out customized plans and creative. Working 14 years at Charter/Spectrum, Phil instituted a company-wide auto sales program complete with salesperson accreditation, in-depth salesperson training, industry-specific product offerings, dealer training, and auto-centric branding.Phil's auto career began at the broadcast level – an NBC-affiliate where he consistently created innovative ways to grow share. Hired by his largest client, Pulliam Ford, he created marketing strategies that elevated the almost-bankrupt dealership into the #7 Ford dealer in the US in less than 5 years – growing over 600%.
