The dynamics of my course have been extremely rewarding. I have gained experience and insights that have impacted more than my professional career. I have assisted with Dependency and Termination of Parental Rights cases (abused and neglected children), family law actions, and high-asset divorces, among other areas. Sensitive matters, emotionally charged cases, discretion, and confidentiality are routine for these cases.Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of achieving numerous milestones. An accomplishment has been the creation and implementation of multiple document and management databases allowing improved productivity, easier user engagement, saving time and fees. Employing new technology, creating templates, updating forms, policies, and procedures achieves an improved work environment and product, including easier and faster ways to complete assignments. This creates a win for everyone, most importantly the client. I have acquired extensive experience in legal systems, legal writing, investigative discovery and analysis. A core personality attribute is always being the cornerstone; reliability, providing assistance, and helping others. Whether professionally or personally, being dependable and able to assist with special projects and assignments in the office or being the family member or friend who is always contacted first. I was an actual Floridian – born and raised. Unlike everyone else who decides to move to Florida as they get older, I traded warm sunny days for northern, cold, and dreary winters. I have had the opportunity to travel, having visited 14 countries and 32 states, at last count. My adventures have led to furthering my photography pursuit. For an unknown reason, I took up running, and completed too many events to remember with more than 25 half-marathons and 10 challenge events.
