Leading a team tasked with improving processes and systems across the business as well as implementing automations to expedite customer integrations and support requests.

Most recently leading multiple projects training machine learning (ML) models, building a local UI, error detection and analytics software for a large mechatronic device. Prior to this, I deployed a field alpha of a machine learning inventory management system to 7 fulfillment centers in North America in a 9-month timeframe. Working with our finance partner, I was responsible for managing per-site deployment cost, hardware procurement, calculating CapEx, OpEx and 3 year entitlement ($39.3MM) along with managing the IMR (Infrastructure Market Rate) for our AWS (Amazon Web Services) usage and annotation headcount.

Managed requirement gathering, build, training, deployment and maintenance of a new cloud based contact center for 4K+ employees. Currently managing updates, design iterations and  new channels (Chat & SMS) to the same tool. All projects required managing cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business and multiple locations.

Leading a small team of engineers and contractors, we integrate our client's systems with the Emma API. From desktop sync applications to two way API communications, we get to try something new almost every day.Built the team and technical services options from the ground up into a lean department that serves our client's needs.

Developed a web interface for preparing data from a JDEdwards system before being imported into the Kentico CMS platform. Managed an 18-month/$700K project to redesign the Husqvarna Viking website and using the Kentico CMS. Performed the same function on a similar 12-month/$600K project for the PFAFF brand website. Co-ordinated efforts between a development firm in Boston, a design firm in Nashville and the SVP Marketing team in Sweden for both projects. Combined, the sites serve 50,000+ pages across 22 country/language combinations. Managed the setup and deployment of a load balanced IIS 7 hosting environment to support the aforementioned websites. Hired and managed a 2-person development team to maintain sites and other internal development.

Redesigned company website, FleetOne.com, moving it to DotNetNuke. Converted secondary company sites, third party sites and company Intranet to DotNetNuke powered sites. Developed, deployed and maintain a new account tracking application for Fleet One built using ASP/VB Script/MySQL/jQuery. Developed a set of templates to allow Marketing department to embed, via iFrame, SalesForce.com WebToLead forms on company and third party websites. Redesigned the Fleet One Intranet using DotNetNuke and Active Directory authentication. Converted the Credit Application process for Fleet One from a HTML email to a PDF email attachment process.

Developed, tested and implemented an ASP / MS SQL driven online schedule. Used statistical data (WebTrends / Google Analytics) to evaluate site performance and structure content based on trending data. Converted a large amount of college paperwork and documents to PDF and deployed them to the Intranet.
