I am the Chief Innovation Officer at Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC), a leading provider of products and services for farmers and rural communities. I have been with TFC for over three years, starting as the Chief Marketing Officer and then becoming the Chief Operating Officer, before taking on my current role in August 2022.With a background in marketing and ag econ from The Ohio State University, I have nearly 25 years of experience in management, marketing, and business development in the agriculture sector. My core competencies include marketing communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing strategy. I am passionate about creating value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence at TFC. My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our products and services, and support the growth and prosperity of our cooperative and our communities.
