So I worked with the MWG leadership to build a nimble team to design all MWG outputs ranging from company communications to major events launching global thought leadership. Our favorite achievements include:- Designing the company "operating system," Truth 2 Meaning. A shared way of working so that all offices in every market approach problem-solving the same way.- Building the MWG Brand System to strengthen the company brand in order to ensure everything from credential presentations, to websites, to events and thought leadership looks and feels like McCann Worldgroup.- Redesigning the MWG on-boarding materials by putting the employee at the center to be more inspiring and less confusing.And probably most importantly, we have tripled the annual output of materials while saving $1.5M+ each year in freelance costs.In addition to running the Design Team, I advise on global New Business efforts.
