- Manage Cornerstone on Demand, ActivTrak, and Udemy platforms for 8,000+ colleagues- Research, develop, and document business architecture deliverables such as business processes, workflows, knowledge articles and SOP's, context diagrams, capability maps, detailed user stories, and other business requirements- Perform root cause analysis and provide process improvement recommendations to business partners to improve KPIs and resource utilization- Collaborate with leadership to redesign Operations processes, workflows, and documentation which resulted in week-over-week utility increase and the highest weekly utility in 18 months- Design, build, and implement an intranet knowledge base platform in Atlas (Unily) to create a single source of truth for employees and leadership to locate relevant current state documentation- Assess workforce planning to project current and future state human capital needs- Review data and trends to ensure that process output is in-line with desired results and service levels are maintained- Work cross-departmentally with SMEs to gather requirements, design, and implement career pathing laddering for 10 teams across the organization- Manage implementation of digital upskilling initiatives including a new learning platform, development of intranet pages, and Communities of Practice for 500+ employees- Assist with the implementation of a company wide employee recognition platform- Serve as a program manager for an employee productivity program for 1,500 employees which included program design, RFP, and implementation- Guide executive leadership decision-making related to digital upskilling programs, career pathing initiatives, program implementations, and process changes- Design a citizen developer program utilizing robotic process automation technologies

- Create, implement, and oversee the leadership development program in partnership with HR and Executive Team.- Lead succession planning programs and career pathing.- Create an engaging and impactful onboarding and orientation programs.- Work with department managers across the organization to develop training programs that address the unique needs of each team.- Evaluate current training programs for effectiveness and identify training gaps.- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner performance in theworkplace.- Integrate results and feedback from trainings into new and existing course curriculum.- Track data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership team.- Conduct needs analysis on a regular basis to identify skill gaps.- Develop communication plans to drive awareness and participation of programs and offerings.
