The Woodcraft Folk is a registered charity, founded in 1925, with local groups established across the UK, promoting environmental sustainability, peace, and social justice for children and young people.I have experience working with children in a variety of settings, including residential camps and festivals.With the group, I helped supervise children's activities at the Latitude Festival in 2021 and 2022.

Participated in GSK Career Challenge, analysing the results of a drug-trial using predictive modelling techniques to inform stakeholders of trends in data and insights into the best use cases for such a medicine.

Collaborated with 8 other student directors to deliver LIMUN 2023, a conference with 1000+ attendees.Recruited a team of 85 staff, including 70 responsible for chairing debates, 12 to manage the simulated diplomatic crisis engine.Supervised the training and briefing of staff, and reviewed their production of professional-grade conference materials, which included more than 300,000 words within debate position papers.Worked with Student Groups across the UK to provide training materials for Model UN activities through the LIMUN UK Tour.Developed and implemented a new team-based strategy for large-scale staff recruitment at Model UN Conferences.Broke into the London-circuit from a non-London university, becoming one of only a handful of directors in LIMUN's history to not be London-based.

Successfully overcame the challenges of pandemic restrictions, growing the society from 3 members at the start of the academic year, to 45+ regular members.Spearheaded campaign to call on Kent Union and the University to support student societies better during the pandemic and going forwards, coordinating with the leaderships of other student groups to amplify the message.Following this campaign, the Karate society secured record funding, allowing for the club to subsidise activities for members who needed assistance, and replace old training and safety equipment.

Responsible for creating and distributing training programs for new and experienced Model UN delegates. I was proud to see our training programs help over 20 beginners learn the ropes of Model UN, and I was thrilled to see our delegates win several awards at conferences in the UK and Europe.

Maintained strong relationships with other universities, proposed and planned conference trips for KentMUN members, and served as the external relations contact for other universities wishing to send delegations to KentMUN’s own conference.
