Graduated from DeVry University with Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources. Having working experience prior, now has the desire to become part of the team which focuses on seeking, recruiting, and training employees. There is more to that of course with compensation and benefits, as well as terminating employee contracts. I used to be lost in what I want to do for the rest of my life. It wasn't until COVID struck the world and everyone was quarantined in their homes in 2020. I watched and read reddit stories about the negative conditions of work places and how it can become terrible for employees working in such toxic environment. A goal of mine is to create an environment where new employees feel welcomed and are trained properly so that they understand on what their roles are, I want employees to feel safe where they work at, to create a benefit program which could entice employees to stay, decreasing retention rate, and punish those who violates company policies.
