Phil is Chairman and CEO of Willow Street and its affiliate, Willow Street Trust Company. He is also Chairman of Crestbridge Fiduciary, a joint venture between Willow Street and Crestbridge providing multijurisdictional fiduciary services. Externally, Phil is serving in his second term as a member of the Wyoming State Banking Board, representing the state’s chartered trust companies. Phil brings to these roles deep expertise in financial services regulation, risk management, operations, and corporate governance derived from over 40 years of professional experience.Prior to Willow Street, Phil was executive vice president and chief administrative officer at CA Technologies, Inc., a $4.4B annual revenue software company. He served on the company’s investment committee and chaired its global information security council. While at CA, Phil advised the World Economic Forum on its initial development of global cyber resiliency principles.Earlier, Phil was director of business risk at Deloitte, where he served as a member of firm’s Governance, Regulatory, and Risk Strategies Leadership Council. He led engagements across several of the firm’s largest financial services industry clients, focusing on governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. Phil joined Deloitte after serving in several senior management roles over a 20-year period at Prudential Financial, Inc., including chief risk and compliance officer of the company’s pension and group insurance businesses, chief compliance officer of its US life insurance and annuity business, and interim head of the group insurance business. Phil began his Prudential career as director of mutual fund research.Phil earned a BS, summa cum laude, from Western Michigan University and an MS from Cornell University. After spending most of his career in the New York metro area, he now resides full time in Jackson Hole.
