• Total arrears less than 1% by the third week of the month (industry standard being 2%).

• Led a team of property professionals managing commercial and retail assets.Portfolio included food based shopping centres, home improvement centre and several commercial and residential owner’s corporations.Role.
• Completed a national leasing program for the Royal District Nursing Service. Included identifying sites, lease negotiations and coordination of fit-outs.
• Identified sites, negotiated leases and obtained quotes for commercial fit outs including BNR financial services and SPC Commerce.
• Liaised with the Owners’ Corporation manager to more than double Owners Corporation under management. Made presentations, prepared submissions and met with potential clients.

• Ensure the Builder delivered what was expected by Treasury. Monitored the delivery of services such as power and water, air-conditioning and finishes. Issues resolved included excessive noise from compressors, make-up.
• Liaised with stakeholders including community groups, council, VBRRA, DTF Property Group, the builder, trades and retailers.
• Monitored retailer fit out delivery to ensure the complex opened on schedule.
• Put in place operational budgets and operations manuals.
• Monitored the tender process for the cleaning contractor.
• Acted as the Centre Manager.
