I began my career in the classroom and as any former teacher will tell you, that demands you develop a lot of skills -and quickly. Since then, I have been passionate about teaching individuals and organizations how new information can empower them every day.Moving from the classroom into the education nonprofit space, I had the opportunity to build relationships with incredible people from school principals to civic leaders which opened my eyes to how to affect real change and build with like minded people.Making the jump to consulting afforded me the opportunity to learn how incredibly complex organizations manage change and mitigate risk.
