July 2017 my role changed to IT Program Manager. I am responsible for traveling to affiliate companies purchased by Florida Blue, assessing and evaluating their IT department processes as they align to the Florida Blue culture. I am assigned the task of creating a business plan of priorities over a period of years to further align them to Florida Blue infrastructure and security practices. I work with senior leadership within both companies in order to create this plan according to budget, time and resources.

Responsible for IT Asset Provisioning, which includes all functions and duties associated with managing IT assets, (Lease Management, Warehouse, Configuration team (hardware/software)), for 10,000 plus customer and a 10 million dollar budget.In addition,responsible for the testing of future approved enterprise IT hardware, (PC's, monitors, laptops, etc.), making sure as technology changes our internal systems and architectures is able to deliver support. This includes a "bakeoff" process each year of various devices.In the first quarter of 2011 I was asked to learn the Microsoft Licensing Model and help the company negotiate the upcoming IT requirements for the multi-million dollar Enterprise Agreement as it expired. I and one other person worked diligently with outside resources to custom fit the new EA agreement to our corporation and in the end saved 2.6 Million dollars, as well as delivering a suite of applications more suited for our environment.

Troubleshoot FIBER and 10BASET, correct IP address conflicts, rerouted users in the hub, make phone, Ethernet, and coax cables, monitor dial up modem bank (3COMM Netblazer), administer HP-UX, MS DNS, LINUX Firewall, CHECKPOINT Firewall, monitor 3COMM routers. Successfully transitioned 2500 users from a CTOS platform to a WINNT 3.51 platform. Assumed lead on a stalled 3270 Gateway project on an HP9000. Designed and implemented experimental Web page on a UNIX host. Reconfigured communications closet, installed and configured Digital equipment. Assigned IP addresses, SNMP community name and configured various modules, (i.e…hubs, switches, concentrators) for integration into the new network. Installed and configured approximately 30 DEC 900 concentrators. Recabled Digital Gigiswitch
