Associate Attorney at Ice Miller in Indianapolis. My practice is focused on Employment Litigation, Workplace Safety, and Workplace Investigations & Organizational Assessments. I represent employers in litigation involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave and accommodations, restrictive covenants, and wage-and-hour violations. Additionally, I counsel employers on emerging issues by conducting workplace investigations and advising on workplace safety and health issues. I found a passion for employment law while obtaining my undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and leverage my experience to help employers make the workplace a better place.For nearly a decade, prior to attending law school, I was a professional esports coach in the Halo videogame series where I coached internationally ranked teams in multi-million dollar tournament series. I have been published in the Esports Bar Association Journal on issues related to Labor & Employment Law making me uniquely qualified to assist clients in the esports industry.
