Created and presents the course as an online webinar series in response to continuing to serve my clients/students in spite of the limitations imposed by the pandemic, including MS Office suite, cloud operations/migration, networking, industry research and interviewing to upgrade the skills and confidence of job seekers, resulting in more hires in less time than traditional job seeking methods.

Massachusetts Area

Contract assignments on demand to write updates for MultiSim Lab Simulation software versions in course and instructional materials and user manuals. The software provides accurate lab simulations of such equipment as power supplies and oscilloscopes. • Solely responsible for updates of all materials for a major new version release, completing the project a full month earlier than projected.• Completed multiple projects to provide materials for new versions of electronics courses that are/will be taught at ITT Technical Institute nationwide.

Orland Park

• Led the onboarding of instructors in platform delivery, laboratory and advising skills - including tailoring training to meet the needs and prior experience of each instructor – resulting in improved delivery, student satisfaction and less instructor turnover.• Provided product knowledge training to sales staff on a continuing basis, increasing their ability to identify and meet the needs of prospective students.• Served as liaison with local company executives to provide training enhancements; improving graduate abilities - increasing demand for them from employers, which included Motorola, Canadian National, US Steel, and others.• Served as Midwest district representative on national curriculum development team, responsible for modifying existing curriculum and/or developing new curriculum as a result of technological changes and improvements.• Achieved superior small group and public presentation skills ratings generating continuous recommendations and special requests from students and employees at large.• Successfully budgeted resources, time, and space for year-round delivery of programs of study. Included procurement and maintenance of classroom equipment, scheduling unique courses with the needs of the instructor and students taken into account, and coordinating course requirements with facility availability.

Space Communications System Manager/InstructorAfter completing 18 months of training in space communications systems, was deployed to several remote and international posts. Served as on-site, on-call technician for failures while supervising teams of technicians. Taught space communication systems at Ft. Gordon, GA to DoD and multinational civilian and military personnel.
