Phillip specialised as a Legal & Governance, In-house search and recruitment consultant based in Sydney, serving clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific/Indo-Pacific region.Phillip began his career with Taylor Root in 2006 and transitioned to Naiman Clarke in 2009 during the GFC. In late 2010, former Taylor Root colleagues invited him to Amrop Carmichael Fisher to establish the Legal & Governance, In-house practice. In 2014, he assumed the General Manager and Lead Consultant roles at Dolman. When Rubicor, Dolman's ASX-listed parent company, shuttered its specialist recruitment divisions in 2017, Phillip facilitated the team's move to Carlyle Kingswood Global Search.
