This includes understanding the drivers of customer lifetime profitability and the cost of agent and staff turnover, delivering the reporting platforms, coaching and development and interpretation required by markets to embed a growth culture supported with balanced scorecards.

WCS is headquartered in Norwalk, CT and Breda, NLAs a critical member of the Global Operations Team leading the Global Reporting & Analytics division, my responsibilities include strategically leading a Global team of 25+ Reporting & Analytics professionals located in multiple locations including outsourced sites.Pioneering and driving the strategic BI roadmap for the business; migrating from SAP BO to OBIEE 11g in order to simplify, enhance and standardize reporting processes and production mechanisms focusing on reporting automation, dashboarding and Data Warehouse (DWH) developments.Forging the conceptual vanguard of a ‘1-stop-shop’ Global Reporting & Analytics Team providing Global Reporting solutions and coverage to GE Client business verticals. Overall ownership for the successful delivery of Client acquisitions and integrations within standardised product and service offerings.Additional roles & responsibilities include:- COE Site Leader- Global Operations Engagement Leader- Mentor & Coach for Key Talent - Fast Track Programme

Strategic design, lead and execution of European BI Roadmap across several locations improving and supporting the delivery of Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Information Management (IM) and Customer Insight Analytics (Fraud & Collections).Roadmap included various Transformation Projects embracing SQL BI technologies (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), an embossed service delivery mindset and the pioneering of data warehousing and data analytics in order to support and enhance internal business functions including added value services and product offerings to enhance external Client delivery.

Strategic direction and direct leadership of Management Information (MI), Business Intelligence (BI) and Process Improvements through the business for Europe’s largest mobile phone distribution company – pioneering BI, strategic business projects lead and to service processes in order to maximise investment returns.
